3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our fair play rules, including but not limited to: botting, exploiting bugs, or harassment.

4. Virtual Assets

All virtual assets, including funds, items, and achievements, remain the property of Coin Arena. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the game. Selling accounts or virtual items for real money is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Premium Services

Coin Arena may offer optional "Premium Services" or "Virtual Currency" packs for purchase.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via third-party Virtual POS providers. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Finality: All purchases of Virtual Currency or Premium Services are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • No Monetary Value: Purchased Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred to other users.
  • Delivery: Virtual items are delivered immediately to your account upon successful transaction confirmation.
